Per photos ROG Z390-I ITX LGA1150 intel motherboard boxed with some cables, manual etc and 240GB SSD.

SSD is formatted and works perfectly. Motherboard is a royal PIA, it works sometimes - one memory DIMM is definitely damaged, the other reads a DDR DIMM ok. CPU is fine no damaged pins works with a 9700KF processor without issue but the BIOS refuses to accept the right date and the board only boots with MEM OK switched on, and even then it is fickle. Annoying as it's a £250 plus board I don't have the patience to investigate further so might be fixable for the right person or equally for spares etc.
