Trolley and cupboard (Torquay TQ1)

I have a trolley like the one in the picture that's been sat so long in the garage it has square tyres! Don't know if anyone could make use of it before it gets dumped? Also a small wooden cupboard, very nice tree carving on the front but unfortunately has been scratched on top. Someone may be able to sand and paint or varnish it?
