Canon Pixma TS3100 (Wickford)

Printer stopped working. Carriage appears to be jammed. Cannot move it to take out cartridges or inspect. Someone may be knowledgeable in fixing these printers. Free to anyone who can maker use of or parts of. Hadn't been used a lot . Was working perfectly fine. In a good condition with power cord and guide.
