Used Shark S6002 Series Steam & Scrub mop - works well BUT does NOT steam now. I have been in touch with Shark and they tell me that there are no replacement parts for this item BUT someone cleverer than me might be able to fix it, It does clean the floors and water does reach the floor - but not hot or warm, Collection only.
