Great reviews for sensory issues but my autistic son didn't like it, they have money back guarantee (and gave money back) but didn't want product back and even said to gift it. We have an adult head too he put in his mouth once to try and I sanitized it with alcohol or if someone wants to get a new head from the website, or already uses this and loves it and wants another base. Can use regular toothpaste or buy theirs, plenty of instruction and review videos online.
