Washing machine (working but with serious fault) (Lamorbey DA15)

A Bosch series 6 9kg washing machine that has developed a fault, I think the heating element is not working because it doesn't heat up the water. It does actually still work despite this though because I was using it as normal for awhile before I realised this was an issue and didn't notice any problems with my clothes being washed.

The washing machine is almost 6 years old and the model is Bosch WAT2840SGB Freestanding Washing Machine, 9kg Load, A+++ Energy Rating, 1400rpm, Silver.

There is some mold in the door seal that would need to be cleaned (partly because it kept being run at low temperatures).

I would like this to be collected ideally tomorrow (Sunday 10 Jan). Access is straightforward with no stairs and parking on drive. Collection from near Sidcup Station DA15.
