smart phone- damage screen is still ok as long as it works (Street BA16)

I need a smart phone just to connect my laptop to the internet. It does not matter how bad the condition is but I need it to work as a mobile hotspot. I am new to the area and would prefer to collect locally as i currently have no means of transport. Thank you for taking time in reading.
