Hot and cold fan(not working) - IG2 (Newbury Park IG2)

this is an expensive fan which failed only a few months after I bought it. it's a shame to throw it away and is suspect that I can be fixed. it doesn't turn on anymore (don't think it's the fuse). would anyone like to try and fix it? thanks.
