Anyone want to ferment their own kombucha? My SCOBY hotel is full, can't throw away something technically living and I dont want to hoard them. I've experimented with any type of tea I can get my hands on so they are thoroughly well cultured, and generally prefer to use honey over sugar so most of these would be considered "Jun".
Just bring your own container for transport please!
