dog tie-out with stake (Derwood, MD)

Tie-out and stake (see attached photo) are used but in good condition aside from a bit of rust on the loop that the tie-out connects to, and dirt residue (or rust?) on the spiral part of the stake. Stake is about 18 inches, and the tie-out is about 20 feet long.
