Comes with instructions which includes lots of Bread and dough recipes. As the names suggest you can cook a whole loaf of bread or just make the dough ( eg Chelsea bun dough) then cook in a conventional oven. It has a timer so you can wake up to bread. Only giving away as I have not been using much over last couple of years as busy and trying to not eat too much bread!
