Electric heater (Great Kimble HP17)

DeLonghi portable electric radiator. Approximately 65 x 17 x 45 cm. A little rust speckled as it's been stored in a conservatory. Multiple heat settings and timer. The lights come on and it heats up when we've plugged it in but bear in mind that this isn't new.
