Problem heater, please see details (Kenton HA3)

Not suitable for use with children or pets present.

As you can see in the photos, the heater does work, but it does have issue.
1. The place where the heater joins at the base is broken, so it takes some doing to get it to stand, and can easily fall if touched.
2. The turn feature does not work.
3. One of the switches is broken and stays in the on position, so the only way to turn it off is to unplug it.

This might be more suited for parts.
