Fold-out bed with bedding (Becontree RM8)

This is in good condition. It comes with a thin mattress so I would recommend padding it with extra layers. I will also give a single duvet and fitted bedsheet. I do not have a pillow or duvet cover to offer. If you are coming by car (which I recommend), you will need to come on evenings after 5:30 due to permit parking. I am not generally available on weekends. I live in a banjo, so there is no parking right outside my property.
