Samsung flat screen LED monitor (Needs fixing) (Liss Forest GU33)

LED flat screen monitor with power lead. Screen size 23". Worked intermittently, but now can't get it to turn on. Don't know if it's a power supply issue or something to do with the contactless sesnor that turns it on. I'm sure someone with some electrical knowledge could get this going, but it's beyond me!
