Shed door (Keynsham Memorial Park BS31)

Can anyone use this shed door to cut down for a smaller shed before I cut it up and take to the tip? Hinges already in place. The door has a hole where a cat flap was installed. Size 181.5 cms tall, 91.5 cms wide. The timber is sound apart from the bottom 9cms
