DeLonghi Dehumidifier Dec 14 (Tinshill LS16)

Offered here is this Deloghi Dec14 dehumidifier.
It works to the extent that the compressor cooling system is working, but the control is no longer recycling the exchangers (the compressor is running continuously building up more ice on the coils).
May be fixable or a cycling time switch would be a workround.
Only ask if you understand what you will be getting and that you will collect at the arranged time.
