HP ink cartridges (Bricket Wood AL2)

Bought for HP Deskjet F2420 which has now given up the ghost! HP300, one black, 1 tri-colour cartridges, only opened yesterday so no ink actually used. Actual code on cartridges reads: 60/121/300; 675/703; 818/901. Both HP300 originals, which i understand are difficult to get now, SO if any one can use them? Must say when you can collect.
