Staywell Pet Door/Cat Flap. Originally white but discoloured, and has some paint on it from the door. Operated by a magnetic key which hangs from a collar. Needs batteries - 4 x AA for the unit, and 2 x SR 44 for magnetic keys. Not tested, but was in regular use for a few years. Comes with instructions and spare keys.
