Dehumidifier (Hillingdon)

Desperately looking for a dehumidifier for my neighbour and her kids - they’re living in social housing, the flat is full of damp and condensation. Housing Association aren’t doing a great deal to help.

Would be grateful for a dehumidifier to try and assist her in combatting the condensation in her flat.
