It's in full working order, as demonstrated by the photo. It's a solid full HD TV, but it's not a "smart" TV so if you want to watch anything other than broadcast TV you'll need to connect a PC or a streaming device such as a Roku or AppleTV.
Please note that it does NOT have a stand, so it will need to be mounted on a wall.
