pet stroller (Alameda)

I recently got 2 cats and I'd like to walk them outside on harnesses. The problem is getting them from my apartment door to a safe place on the trail across the street. There are many, many dogs and I want to get them into a safe place before letting them out to explore. Plus, with the safety of a stroller, I have a place to put them if danger is near. If anyone has one they'd like to part with please think of me! Thx.
