vintage battery dog toy non working (bramley LS13)

This is a vintage 50's / 60's battery & mechanical dog toy with box, & wired remote, PLEASE NOTE
 THIS IS A RESTORATION PROJECT - AS NON WORKING
AND HAS BEEN PARTIALLY DISMANTLED TO OIL PARTS, NON WORKING although the eyes light up. suspect it requires a new motor, I deal to restore by someone in the electrical /mechanical side. Collection from Bramley LEEDS LS13
