Exercise and Rehab Equipment (Tallaght)

Looking for any exercise equipment for wellness and recovery, just to maintain muscle strength and aerobic fitness after medical treatment. Must be lightweight and smallish, as I don't drive so ideally close to old bawn/Firhouse and just want to be able to rehab at home for cold weather. If anyone has a small rebounder that would be great too, again not a body builder just trying to stay healthy, thanks
