red light (Edinburgh EH11)

Does anyone have a red light therapy in any form? I’m recovering from surgery and it will apparently help the healing process and aid repairing skin cells etc but I don’t have the money at the moment to buy new and with 2 small kids too right after Christmas. I will literally take any red light / panel / device if anyone has one they don’t need / use anymore . Thanks in advance 🙏
