The futon frame is 4 years old (receipt available): good condition, mechanism works but when folding out into bed you need to ensure it is properly in the locked position in the channels on either side
Mattress (highest grade) and mattress protector and grey futon cover are all 2 years old (receipt available) - all in good condition, grey cover I am washing and there are two or three marks on it but nothing major at all.
Futon is currently dismantled due to work being done on our house.
