Older model scanner. Works well. You *may* (or May not) need to download separate software. Best if you’re a bit technical. SEE NOTES BELOW. I can provide the license code for VueScan, if you find you need it.

WINDOWS

Fix "Device Not Found" Error: If the scanner is not detected, run the IPPUSBExclsion_Win_1124H2_NonUSS_ScanJet_v1.zip batch file.
Check Services: Ensure the "Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)" service is running (set to Automatic) in Windows Services.
Alternative Software: VueScan is reported to work seamlessly with this scanner on Windows 11.
It is highly recommended to update to Windows 11 version 24H2 or higher for better hardware detection.

MAC
