Blue chiffon dress with puff sleeves, size 10 (Cavendish DE23)

Hi guys, I bought this dress a couple of years ago but never got round to wearing it. It’s really pretty.
I know the picture isn’t great but the dress is so so nice. This won’t be a case of first come first served. It will be a case of who really needs it so tell me a story and we’ll go from there. Thank you
