Electric Flame Effect Heater (Woolton L25)

An electric flame effect heater styled as a black traditional log effect stove with glass door.
This heater is probably about 10 years old (possibly more).
Please note the following:
1. The heater does work but only with the door slightly open.
2. The flame effect and the ember-bed effects don't seem to be working but it may be a matter of needing replacement bulbs.
3.The remote control has been lost but can still be used manually (controls are at the back of the heater).
4.I think for somebody with a bit of know how it should be easy enough to get this back to full working.
5.It is very heavy ,but we can help take it to your car/van if needed.
6.We have the manual/instructions for it.
