Good solid shed/summer house but will need new floor

First two pics show how used to look - been empty for over 12 months and some damp as one of doors warped slightly. Wouldnt take much to get back to how it was. Having to leave as moving to smaller rental property . Items inside - bed, desk, picture, chair can be included too.
