Car van or truck (Wallingford)

Went home to Texas for a month and half came home and my car had been impounded. Someone had stolen the plates off my jeep so they towed it. I could not afford to get it out of tow and can’t afford a new or used vehicle. I have health problems so getting to doctors appointments is a big deal. Any vehicle or old clunker will do as long as it drives. I just have to have transportation. Please help anyone
