Women's wetsuit. Bodyglove Women's XL-11. Used but looks in fairly good condition.
Google says: A women's XL-11 wetsuit generally corresponds to a UK 16-18, often designed for taller or more robust body types. While exact measurements vary by brand, an XL typically fits heights around 170-190 cm (5'7" - 6'3") and weight ranges often exceeding 75kg.
