Portable Air Compressor/NOT working (Heswall CH60)

Tried to use at home recently and it let me down. Tried again today and still not functioning. Receives power (cigarette lighter power source) lights up but doesn’t pump air.

Perhaps someone who knows how to tinker with these things can make use of it.
