Blood pressure monitor (Harborne B17)

Hi, does anybody have a blood pressure monitor that they don't use? I have very low blood pressure and the GP has recommended that I check it regularly.

I will collect preferably from Harborne, Weoley Castle, Selly Oak, Northfield. Thanks.
