seeds, Rose of Sharon (Merivale north of Baseline)

perennial, Hibiscus type, mature 2m tall X 1.5m wide but had one grow 3m tall
various colours, blooms for about 1 1/2 months, dozens of blooms, many seed pods Oct-Nov
sometimes will reseed if pods not trimmed off
takes about 3-4 years to look spectacular
Have frozen seed, then planted a few mid - Jan - about 40% germination to date
Also have the test seedlings available - will need to be transplanted before late April planting
