Full disclosure: This was leaking, and I wanted to return it but they wouldn't accept it (Argos), as they said I first needed to contact the manufacturer and try cleaning it with the pin provided. After trying this, leaking was almost negligible, but by then someone had given me a different brand coffee machine. Hence we are giving this one away. I suggest you do a thorough descaling and pin clean (following instructions in the manual, and the extra email instructions from the manufacturer which I will provide), and there's a good chance you'll end up with a good-as-new coffee machine!
