Faulty 4K 28" Monitor (Fakenham NR21)

I bought this new,
A Neutron labs 28" monitor for repair. I have replaced 3 faulty capacitors, however, that didn't fix the fault. There are 3 more on the board that I did not test, the ones I replaced were visually faulty, the others were not puffed up so I didn't test them.
It comes with the original box and power supply. I don't think the actual screen is at fault. Anyway, I can't be bothered with it now as I bought a new one. I can't find the handbook at the moment.
