Office supplies, zip code 20905

Good morning! I have the following office supplies to offer:
1) 89 Hanging legal sized folders - some brand new, assorted colors, all usable
2) two unopened boxes of Avery brand heavy duty vinyl sheet protectors, 50 per box, SP119-50, 73907
3) legal sized pads, three new, 4 partially used
4) metal, heavy duty three hole punch, used, but completely functional
Preference given to someone who takes all, but willing to split offer if I get no one willing to take all.
Near the intersection of Briggs Chaney Road and Good Hope Road.
