Modular. All sections included. Must take everything together.

Fabric cushion seats and soft leather arms/back. Covers and cushions are removable and washable.

Well looked after. Cushions will need a machine clean as we have been renovating. A few support springs underneath have detached. Still fully functional. Still very comfortable. I have fallen asleep on it many times.

Collection from first floor.
You will need at least two people and a van.
I cannot help carry it downstairs.

Priority will be given to someone in genuine need of a sofa, for example moving into a new home.
