Morphy Richards breadmaker (not working) (The Folders Lane Estate RH15)

Morphy Richards “Fastbake“ breadmaker 48265 (not working). The heating works, but the dough paddle doesn’t turn. Motor drive belt appears intact. Could be failure of motor or of control board. Access to internal components may require removal of two three-slot screws (see photo). Instruction and recipe manual and some parts are available online.
