Florescent light bulbs (Denby village, derbyshire. DE5)

Hello, my garage florescent light bulb has started flashing so I presume it's gone. Has anyone got a 5ft florescent bulb they don't need or a complete unit (doesn't matter what size) or an led type instead. Willing to collect anywhere around denby/heanor/ripley area's. Thank you.
