Hoover (Wallingford OX10)

I need a fully working vacuum cleaner that is strong enough to pick up pet hair and work with both deep rugs and short carpets. Mine has stopped working properly and I'm hoping that someone kind out there maybe able to offer a fully working hoover that works and they no longer use anything considered..I'd be very grateful for any offers you maybe able to assist me with.thqbkyou you all in advance😁
