Over shoulder, with loads of small pouches fromt and back - each of which take a small sandbag (provided)
25kg when fully loaded
Velcro is failing a bit - the lower cross velcro strap has been supported by a trident clip
Mostly used for running in, so it'll need some TLC - but still great for fitness, strength training and weight loss
