It fits on a tow bar, with a locking mechanism, and connects to the electrics.
It is well used and no longer collapses, but works well.
The bikes are secured to the rack with two long red straps (you can see in the photos) and you tie the wheels to the supports.
You would need to buy a new car number place to match yours.
