6 Regency style dining chairs (Manchester M20)

6 Regency style dining chairs, 4 ordinary and 2 carvers. Not sure what wood it is or how old they are as they were my late mum’s. They have some stuff on them (see photos), might be mould but that can easily come off with white vinegar solution. Need them gone asap so whoever can collect earliest can have them.
