Scratching post/mat/block for a cat (Kendal LA9)

My indoor cat has claws that are over-long, such that she keeps catching them on things and getting stuck! Does anyone happen to have a scratching post/mat that's not needed at home, please? I'd be grateful to hear from you if so, and can collect quickly. Thank you in advance 🤞 Jenny
