It has magnetic resistance, 8 resistance settings, smooth pedal motion in both directions and adjustable velcro straps. It can be used while watching TV or reading.
Please note, this item has an LCD computer to record time, distance and calories burned. However, the bike is not communicating with the computer – the display will switch on but is not registering when the pedals are moved. Although the data is useful, this does not affect the functionality of the bike itself for exercising.
