Vintage Duncan Phyfe Table (Belmont, MA)

This is a beautiful vintage 2-tier "dumbwaiter" or “Pie Crust” style accent table with classic scalloped pie-crust edges and a Duncan Phyfe tripod base. It features the original brass claw feet.
It is solid and sturdy, but the top definitely needs to be refinished or painted, as there is some wear to the original varnish. This would be a fantastic weekend project for someone into furniture restoration or "shabby chic" decor. It's a very elegant shape that fits perfectly in a corner or next to a reading chair.
