Kids bike, with stabilisers on but you can easily take them off (or I could for you). The seat is currently as low as it will go, and that saddle is 47 cm off the ground. So it would be best if you measure that height on your kid. I have checked the bike out and I am reasonably sure it is OK. Though obvoiusly that is definately NOT a guarantee!!!
