Wheelchair (SG13 Hertford)

I realise that this is a long shot: Do any of you living in the Hertford area have a wheelchair that you no longer use? I am looking for a wheelchair so that I can help an elderly person who has end stage COPD to her hospital appointments. In a perfect work a wheelchair which can be collapsed in order to get it into a car would be ideal but anything in reasonable condition would be very much appreciated. Thank you
